N&G Groundworks Ltd have been appointed by CG Fry and Sons of Bridport in Dorset as their nominated groundworks sub-contractor. We will be constructing a new 150m2 house, a detached garage, and a driveway.
Due to the site's steep terrain, a new 1.5m retaining wall had to be installed first to enable us to carry out the foundations and substructures for the house and garage.
As part of our works, we are to undertake the following:
- Clearing excavated material
- Suspended flooring for the house
- Laying paths and patios
- Tarmacking
