At N&G Groundworks, we recognise the importance of investing in the future of the construction industry. Our apprenticeship opportunities provide a practical route into the groundworks sector, combining on-site experience with formal training at Bicton College.

Apprentices work alongside our experienced team, gaining hands-on experience across a range of groundworks projects while developing the skills and knowledge required to build a successful career within the industry. 

Working in partnership with Bicton College, our apprenticeship programme combines real experience on live construction projects with college-based learning and recognised industry qualifications. You’ll learn on the job, develop practical skills and gain an insight into the wide range of opportunities available within groundworks and construction.
