For us, success isn’t measured solely by what we build it’s about the relationships we forge along the way. The “N” and “G” in our name honour Neil and Greg, the mentors who introduced our founder and director, Alexander Spurdle, to the industry. They instilled in him the values that continue to shape our company today: work hard, get it right the first time, and treat everyone with respect. These principles are more than just words, they’re the foundation of how we operate, from the first handshake to the final handover.
