Broadwindsor in Dorset is a beautiful collection of one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes being delivered by C G Fry & Son, the main developer. Working on behalf of Abri and closely with Broadwindsor Group Parish Community Land Trust to deliver these homes.

N&G Groundworks Ltd's subcontract package includes all infrastructure to serve all 15 homes, consisting of reduced-level excavations, cut-and-fill exercises, and disposal of surplus excavated material off-site. Attendance on the vibro stone columns, construction of the strip foundations, sub – structure masonry work, Section 104 and plot drainage, garden screen walls, tarmac surfacing and external finishes.

As part of the Sustainable Urban Drainage scheme, N&G Groundworks Ltd were required to install two on-site attenuation tanks and both a storm outfall and a foul-water gravity system for a Section 106 requisition off-site.
