N&G Groundworks Ltd have been appointed by LEAN as their nominated groundworks sub-contractor. As part of the redevelopment of the former school in Exeter, dating back to the 1920s. Where LEAN is redeveloping the Grade II and Grade II* listed buildings into energy-efficient homes for Grenadier Estates, as part of our package, we are to undertake the following:

Site-wide reduce level excavation and disposal.
Installing new foundations and internal drainage runs within the existing building.
Excavating and laying new adoptable drainage and forming new connections to the existing sewer system.
New service trenching for the specialist energy-efficient systems.
External works.
