Pond Walk

Pond Walk is a beautifully crafted residential scheme comprising of three new houses and six bungalows. This bespoke development is being delivered by Glossbrook as the main contractor.

N&G Groundworks Ltd has been appointed to carry out the full infrastructure package for all nine homes. The scope of work includes:

Site preparation through reduced level excavations, cut and fill operations, and offsite disposal of surplus material
Construction of strip foundations for each plot
Offsite sewage connections, Section 104 drainage works, and individual plot drainage systems
Block paved surfacing and completion of external finishes across the development

As part of the development’s sustainable design, N&G Groundworks Ltd are responsible for constructing a permeable highway that serves as the site’s attenuation system. This includes the installation of concrete baffles to manage surface water effectively.
