N&G Groundworks Ltd were proud to be appointed by Greendale Construction Ltd to deliver the groundworks package for this transformative project. Our scope included:

Basement excavations and offsite disposal of excavated material
Reinforced ground-bearing slabs and walls
Formwork and in-situ concrete
Sub-structure masonry blockwork
Structural waterproofing
Hollow core flooring to the first floor
Drainage and service installations
External finishes across the site

The redevelopment has introduced a range of high-end facilities across the 100-acre estate, including the Main Barn, Timber Stables, and Wellness Barn. These spaces now provide wellness amenities, entertainment areas, and luxury accommodation, all designed to harmonize with the surrounding landscape.
