Broadwindsor is a beautiful collection of one, two and three bedroom homes being delivered by C G Fry & Son as the main developer. Working on behalf of Abri and closely with Broadwindsor Group Parish Community Lant Trust to deliver these homes.

N&G Groundworks Ltd subcontract package includes all of the infrastructure to serve all the 15 homes, consist of reduce level excavations, cut and fill exercise and disposing of the surplus excavated material offsite. Attendance on the vibro stone columns, construction of the strip foundations, sub – structure masonry work, Section 104 and plot drainage, garden screen walls, tarmac surfacing and external finishes.

Apart of the schemes Sustainable urban Drainage, N&G Groundworks Ltd were required to install two onsite attenuation tanks and both a storm outfall and a foul water gravity system for a Section 106 requisition offsite.
