N & G Groundworks has been selected by Nevada Construction in Devon as their preferred groundworks contractor for an exciting project. We will be transforming an old swimming pool into two new classrooms and a climbing zone. Our scope of work includes:
- Constructing a new reinforced ground bearing slab
- Installing a new suspended floor over three-quarters of the existing pool
- Creating a new footpath to the building
In addition to this, N & G Groundworks will also be constructing a new Hay Barn to support the equestrian side of the campus. This will involve:
- Excavating and disposing of soil offsite
- Building pad foundations
- Constructing a reinforced ground bearing slab
- Installing storm water drainage and SuDs
- Creating a new concrete apron to service the building
