Mill and Salcombe Garden’s

Sidmouth 

RG Spiller appointed N&G Groundwork Ltd, to simultaneously deliver two housing developments for Blue Cedar.

Mill Garden’s was a 12 house development and Salcombe Garden’s was a 18 house development.

Both sites had their individual complexities, with Mill Garden’s being situated near the seafront, with restricted access adjacent to Sidmouth’s Ford.

Where as Salcombe Garden’s was a sloping site, requiring extensive earthworks and retaining structures.
